These terms cover the Gistshot app and gistshot.com, published by Webstarted LLC. By using them you accept these terms. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

What Gistshot does

Gistshot reads your screenshots, suggests a list for each one, saves it to Reminders and lets you delete the images. Classification is automatic and can be wrong: when it isn’t sure, it sends the screenshot to Review instead of guessing. Check what you save.

Deleting

Gistshot never deletes a screenshot without your explicit confirmation, and iOS asks you to confirm too. Deleted screenshots stay in Photos’ Recently Deleted for 30 days. After that, they can’t be recovered, by you or by us.

Subscriptions

If Gistshot offers paid features, the price, the billing period and any free trial will be shown before you pay. Payments and cancellations are handled by Apple through your Apple Account; you can cancel at any time in Settings.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Gistshot to break the law or to process content you have no right to process, and don’t try to abuse or overload the cloud engine.

No warranty

Gistshot is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Webstarted LLC is not liable for indirect damages or for data loss arising from the use of the app.
