I deleted a screenshot I needed

Open Photos → Albums → Recently Deleted. iOS keeps deleted items there for 30 days, and you can recover them from there.

A screenshot went to the wrong list

Open it in Gistshot and pick the right list. If it was already saved, move or delete the item in Reminders as usual.

Gistshot can’t see my screenshots

Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Gistshot and allow access to all photos, or add your screenshots to the selection.
